Tournament Format

• Bracket Format: Double Elimination
• Rounds per Game: 3/5
• Games per Set: 2/3
• Finals Games per Set: 3/5 Games for Top 8
• Winner must keep character. Loser may switch.
• Player one is given priority when two moves clash. Players can agree to swap ports every game in order to mitigate this, but it is not required. Players may also RPS for first port.

Software Needed

Planning to simply run the vanilla PS3 HD version of the game for the time being.

Default Ruleset (No barrier regen, 5 barrier, 30 second timer)
Metal Sonic Banned
Eggman Legal if both players agree to allow him to be played
