Game Settings

- All game settings set to default, except:
-- Player vs. Player Settings - Garbage: TYPE 2

- Players may mutually agree to toggle Diagonal upperward input and Diagonal downward input

Additional Rules

- First set takes place in Shiranui VS. Loser of the set may counterpick a different mode
- Both Standard and TGM control types permitted
- All USB controllers and keyboards permitted provided they are recognized by Steam / TGM4
