Tournament Format
- Bracket Format: Double Elimination
- Rounds per Game: 2/3
- Games per Set: 2/3
- Finals Games per Set: 3/5 Games for Losers Finals, 3/5 Games for Winners Finals, 3/5 Games for Grand Finals
- Winner must keep character. Loser may switch.
- If Kumi's 214C handcuff glitch occurs, the Kumi player must immediately neutral jump j.C to end the glitch. Continue the match as normal. Using any other moves will result in a game loss.

Additional Rules
A player must press the Reset button in front of the setup after the completion of their set.
